We collect information that is provided directly when creating an account or using our services, such as names, email addresses, Telegram identifiers, profile data, and any other information they choose to share. This information helps us provide our services, customize the experience, and maintain smooth communication with each user.

If you authorize StreamersAgency, we can access your Google Contacts to manage the phone contacts of your agency's users. With your permission, we automatically import the user's name and phone number when they register with your agency, and we delete that specific contact if the user deletes their account in your agency. We do not access any other contacts or use this information for purposes other than managing your agency's contacts.

Additionally, we automatically collect certain technical data to improve the platform's operation. This includes IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and time spent. We also use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, analyze site usage, and provide a more relevant and efficient experience.

We use this information to operate and improve our services, address support requests, and, in some cases, process payments. To do this, we work with third-party payment gateways that allow us to offer a secure and reliable process. These platforms manage transactions, issue receipts, and comply with applicable tax regulations in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We are committed to protecting the personal information of our users and not sharing it with third parties without consent, unless strictly necessary to provide the service or comply with the law. Each agency is responsible for establishing its own privacy policies for its members, as long as they meet the minimum standards set by StreamersAgency.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

3. Data Security and Protection

We implement advanced technical and organizational security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We use SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmission, and we store information on secure servers with restricted access.

Each agency is responsible for implementing its own additional security measures to protect its members' data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the data.
