Refund and Guarantee Policy

1. Refund Policy
All digital products and subscription services purchased through Streamers Agency are subject to a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within this period. Refunds will be processed using the same original payment method. For physical products, a 30-day refund period applies from the receipt of the product.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@streamersagency.com with the following details: order number, purchase date, product/service purchased, and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed immediately and will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
3. Exceptions and Special Conditions
Refunds will not be granted for: 1) Customized services or those developed specifically for the client, 2) Digital products that have been downloaded or used, 3) Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days, 4) Services that have been fully utilized, 5) Physical products that show signs of use or damage. In case of a dispute, we reserve the right to evaluate each case individually and make a final decision. This policy applies unless the legislation of the buyer's country offers more favorable conditions, in which case such regulations will be respected.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds will only be applied for unused periods within the 14-day period. Cancellations must be made through your account or by contacting our support team. No retroactive refunds will be granted for already used subscription periods.
