These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and StreamersAgency. StreamersAgency is a platform that allows agencies to create and manage their own streaming agencies. Each agency is required to abide by these terms or establish their own in their subdomains, while always respecting the base rules set by StreamersAgency. The service is intended solely for individuals over 18 years of age. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Use of the Service and Responsibilities
Our services are specifically designed for agencies that wish to manage streamers and content creators. Each agency is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its account and all activities that occur under its domain. Agencies must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account. It is the responsibility of each agency to ensure that all content published by its members complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
3. Intellectual Property and Licenses
All content and materials available through our services are the property of StreamersAgency or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. By using our services, each agency agrees to respect all intellectual property rights. It is not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of our services or content without our express written consent. A limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license is granted to access and use our services in accordance with these terms. Third-party trademarks and logos: The trade names, trademarks, logos, images, and other distinctive signs of third-party applications, platforms, or services that may appear on the platform are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their inclusion is for informational, descriptive, or identification purposes only, and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or association with StreamersAgency, unless expressly stated otherwise. If any owner believes that their trademark, logo, or content should not appear on the platform, they may request its review or removal by sending an email to admin@streamersagency.com, and we will evaluate the request at our earliest reasonable convenience.
